On Sunday, September 16, our guest preacher at the morning masses will be the Rev'd Canon Sandy Graham. Father Graham is the Canon for Congregation Life and Leadership of our diocese.
As Canon for Congregational Life and Leadership, Father Graham works directly with Bishop Fitzpatrick in the areas of congregational transformation, clergy and lay leader formation, and transition ministry (clergy deployment). He and his wife, the Rev'd Heather Patton-Graham (Chaplain and Director of Residence Life at ‘Iolani School) have lived in Hawai‘i for just over two years now. Father Graham previously served a parish in Northern Virginia, the Washington National Cathedral, and before that worked in the Diocese of Pennsylvania for a decade. He grew up in Delaware, where he attended the University of Delaware, and he earned two Bachelor of Music degrees (Vocal Performance and Choral Education). Their daughter, Kate, is a Junior at the University of the South (Sewanee) in Tennessee.
Parishioners will have an opportunity to visit informally with Father Graham after both morning masses.
