Help us help others.
Every Sunday volunteers gather at St. Mark's to serve supper for the homeless and hungry of the Kapahulu neighborhood. Food shopping is done during the week, and each Sunday the menu for the following week is decided. Volunteers gather at St. Mark's from 8:15 to 8:45 am to prep and cook the food, as well as from 5:15 - 6:45 pm to plate and serve the meals. Volunteers have the option of attending Night Prayer and Benediction at 7:00 pm as a reflection on their service work. On the second Sunday of each month, the youth help with this activity, and we are always looking for donations of food, money, and people's time.
